Open to choreographers under the age of 35, the residency supports an original choreographic proposal to be developed at Orsolina28. The residency includes a 21-day work period dedicated to research and the creation of a new work and ends with an informal work-in-progress presentation at Orsolina28 Art Foundation’s Open Air Stage or The Eye.

Course scheduling
Call for Creation is open to choreographers from all over the world and born as of May 1990 or after. Each project is allowed a maximum of 6 participants (1 choreographer + 5 dancers and/or artistic collaborators). A collaborative choreographic project may be submitted only if all collaborators are under 35.
Proposals must be original and/or still under development. Projects that have already been performed are not accepted.
Every section of the application must be completed entirely and accompanied by the required materials. All materials should be submitted in English.
Applications are due by 12:00 P.M. (CEST) on February 3, 2025.
The payment of a non-refundable application fee, of € 40, is required.
The committee seeks proposals with original artistic vision, both in movement generation and choreographic composition. An outline of how a three-week residency would be utilized is preferred.
The selected project will be announced on February 11, 2025.
The selection of the committee is final and irrevocable.
