Jiří Kylián Intensive 2026 | June 14-21, 2026

Orsolina28 Art Foundation invites pre-professional dancers to join a one-week educational program dedicated to the study and practice of Jiří Kylián’s work and movement approach.
Throughout the week, participants will thus have the opportunity to learn about Kylián’s constant exploration of boundaries, his subtle humour and playfulness and his interpretations and critiques of our society. Teaching artists Parvaneh Scharafali, Valentina Scaglia and Lukas Timulak will lead classes and repertoire sessions, with a special focus on partnering, while program director Mario Alberto Zambrano will offer mentorship and support to the students.

Deadlines
February 4, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.(CET - Italy time): Deadline for the submission of an application;
March 3, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.(CET - Italy time): Announcement of the selected participants;
April 28, 2026 at 12:00 A.M.(CEST - Italy time): Deadline for the payment of the tuition.

Scheduling
June 14 - June 21 2026

Orsolina28 has the right to cancel the intensive in case of insufficient registrations or force majeure. In such a case, payments received will be fully refunded to all participants. In case of cancellation, Orsolina28 will not be able to refund any travel expenses incurred or international financial transaction costs.

• In case of cancellation before March 25, 2026, a 90% refund will be issued;
• In case of cancellation between March 26 and May 5, 2026, a 50% refund will be issued;
• In case of cancellation after May 6, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
