GagaLab Summer 2023 at Orsolina28 - Room & board registration

Intensive

6 days of intensive physical research in an Italian dance haven, with a sense of plenty of time for process and discovery.
GagaLab Summer 2023 is intended for professional dancers and advanced dance students age 18+.
The GagaLab in Italy is a uniquely immersive experience, with all participants dancing, dining, and sleeping in the lush surroundings of Orsolina28.

After acceptance to the GagaLab in Italy, payment will be made in two parts: tuition and room & board.

Your enrollment will be considered complete only after both payments have been received.

The tuition will be payable after acceptance in the GagaLab and is due to Gaga.

The room & board fee (840 €) will be payable after tuition payment and is due to Orsolina28 by June 20th.

All participants are required to stay on site at Orsolina28. Arrival to Orsolina is on July 16, and departure is July 23.

Cancellation and refund

ROOM & BOARD CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you cancel by May 31, you will receive a 90% refund.
  • If you cancel between June 1-29, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel from June 30 onwards, there is no refund.

Covid-19 Policy

Orsolina28 observes the laws and regulations of Italy and of the Piedmont Region with regards to COVID-19 safety. Dancers must familiarize themselves with Italy’s regulations regarding travel and testing. The dancers commit, through the application to the course to respect all COVID-19 policies and regulations. In case of illness, participants are responsible for any related additional costs.

Dancers may receive further updates regarding policies and must adhere fully to these guidelines in order to participate. In case of illness, participants are responsible for any related additional costs.
